Creamy Hot Beef Dip

1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese (softened)
1 cup (8 ounce) sour cream
3 ounces dried beef, rinsed and finely chopped
2 tablespoons minced onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing thoroughly. Place in a 1 quart baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees uncovered for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Serve with raw vegetables or snack crackers.
