Yum-Yum Salad

You can use any kind of Jell-O. At Christmas, use strawberry and garnish with fresh strawberries. Everyone really likes this yummy salad!

Ingredients

3 cups cold water
2 3-ounce boxes orange Jell-O
2 3.4-ounce boxes vanilla tapioca pudding
8-ounce container Cool Whip
2 11-ounce cans mandarin oranges, drained (optional)

Instructions

Bring the water, Jell-O and pudding to a boil and cook 1 minute. Set in the refrigerator to cool. When the mixture is cool, fold in the cool whip. Add drained fruit, if using. Place in a pretty bowl and allow to set. Note: Any kind of fresh fruit or fruit cocktail may be used in this recipe.
