Bernice's Nut Bars

1-1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
12-ounce can mixed nuts
6 ounces butterscotch chips
1/2 cup light corn syrup
2 tablespoons butter

In a bowl, mix flour, butter, brown sugar and salt. Press into a lightly greased 9x13-inch plan. Bake at 350 degrees F. until light brown, about 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with mixed nuts.
In a small saucepan, melt butterscotch chips, corn syrup and butter. Pour over nuts and bake another 10-15 minutes until butterscotch mixture begins to bubble. Cut while warm.
