Darlene's Tapioca Rhubarb Sauce

3 cups rhubarb, chopped
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
3 tablespoons tapioca

Cook rhubarb, sugar, water and tapioca in a heavy saucepan for about five mintues, then serve. Good with a dab of Cool Whip and a little bit of grated orange rind on top.
