Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

3 cups sweet potatoes
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
Topping:
1 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cups butter, softened
1 cup chopped nuts (your choice)
1/3 cup flour

Instructions

Mix sweet potatoes, vanilla, eggs, sugar and melted butter. Pour into casserole dish sprayed with vegetable oil spray. Mix light brown sugar, butter, nuts and flour to make a crumble mix. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.

At 7:30 a.m., a police squad carpulled up in front of Miss Day's home and escorted her to school. A caravan of students' cars joined the procession along the way.
