Christmas Slaw

6 cups shredded green cabbage (1/2 medium head)
6 cups shredded red cabbage (1/2 medium head)
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon celery seed

Toss well together the red and green cabbages with the 1/2 cup red onion. Combine the 1 cup of sour cream, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar, 2 teaspoons of salt and 1 teaspoon celery seed. Add to cabbage and toss to mix thoroughly. Serves 6.
