Tomato and Herb Bruschetta

Ingredients

1 pound plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/3 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Loaf of French bread, sliced and toasted

Instructions

Mix first seven ingredients in bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spoon mixture on top of toasted French bread.
