Dad's Yummy Fudge

Ingredients

4 cups sugar
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
1 cup (2 sticks) margarine
12 ounces chocolate chips (semisweet morsels)
14 ounces marshmallow cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/2 cups walnuts, broken

Instructions

Butter bottom and sides of heavy cooking pan. Combine sugar, milk and margarine. Cook over medium to high heat for about 10-15 minutes, to 240 degrees. Regulate to keep at full boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add chocolate chips, stir until melted. Add marshmallow cream and mix. Add vanilla and mix; add walnuts and mix and mix. Pour into an 8x13-inch buttered dish. Cool and cut.
