Oatmeal Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

3 cups brown sugar, packed
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
1 cup oatmeal

Instructions

Combine brown sugar, milk and margarine in a heavy 2-1/2-quart saucepan. Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Boil to 240 degrees 7 minutes. Avoid scraping sides of pan. Remove from heat and add marshmallow creme, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Stir in miniature marshmallows, peanuts and oatmeal. Spread into a greased 9x13-inch pan. Let cool. Cut into 1-inch pieces
