Coffee Nuggets

1 cup unsalted butter
6 tablespons powdered sugar
2 teaspoons pure vanilla
2 tablespoons instant coffee
2 cups sifted flour
1 cup finely chopped pecans
Additional powdered sugar

Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and instant coffee until light and fluffy. Add sifted flour and nuts; mix thoroughly. Chill dough for 1 hour. Use 1 teaspoon dough per cookie and form into balls.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
Roll in powdered sugar while warm and again when cookies have cooled.
