1/2 cup brown sugar
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup Mrs. Richardson Butterscotch Carmel Ice Cream Topping
Heath bars, crushed
Apples

Mix brown sugar and cream cheese until smooth, spread on plate. Top with caramel topping. Sprinkle with crushed Heath bars. Slice apples and place around plate.
