Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients

5 servings pre-cooked rice
2 tablespoons salad oil
1 can (6 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons soy sauce
8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 egg, beaten

Instructions

Prepare rice according to package directions. Chill. Heat oil in skillet; add rice, mushrooms, onions and soy sauce. Cook over low heat 10 minutes; stir occasionally. Add bacon and egg. Cook and stir 5 minutes. Serves 5.
