Popcorn Salad

Ingredients

1 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonaise
2 tablespoons sugar
1 pound bacon, fried crip, drained and crumbled
1 large bag (6 to 8 ounces) plain or cheese popcorn

Instructions

Chop vegetables and mix with the mayonaise, sugar and cheese in large bowl. Keep cold. Two hours before serving, add the bacon and popcorn. Toss together.
