Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

1 bag (20 ounces) broccoli, frozen
1 bag (10 ounces) cauliflower, frozen
1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 onion, chopped
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cans (11 ounces each) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup croutons

Instructions

Cook broccoli and cauliflower until tender. Combine all ingredients together and pour into a 2-1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 8-10.
