Broccoli Supreme

Ingredients

1 package (10 ounces) frozen broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup diced onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup seasoned stuffing mix
2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain. Blend in soup and flour; add sour cream, carrots, onions, salt and pepper. Pour into a 2-quart casserole. Combine stuffing mix and butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
