6 eggs, carefully separated
4 cups powdered sugar
Rum or whiskey

Beat egg yolks with electric beater until blended; add 2 cups powdered sugar slowly while beating.
In separate large bowl, beat egg whites, until pretty stiff, slowly add 2 cups powdered sugar, continue beating until it peaks. Fold white batter into yellow batter.
To serve, fill mug less than half full with batter. Add 1 shot of rum or whiskey. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
