Nacho Potato Soup

If you prefer a less spicy version, substitute plain tomatoes and omit hot pepper sauce.

1 package au gratin potato mix
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies (Ro-Tel)
2 cups water
2 cups American cheese
1 dash hot pepper sauce
Tortilla chips

Cook together au gratin potato mix (including cheese provided), corn, tomatoes and water for about 7 minutes. Add milk, cheese and hot pepper sauce. Heat until cheese is melted and potatoes are tender. Serve with tortilla chips.
