Herbed Chicken

The gravy is delicious.

4 whole chicken breasts, halved
1 can (10-3/4 ounce) cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup wine vinegar
3/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Place halved chicken breasts in a slow cooker. Combine all remaining ingredients. Pour this over the chicken. Cover. Cook on low 2 to 2-1/2 hours. Uncover and cook 15 minutes more. Serve with rice.
