Holiday Tuna Tree

This can be made a few days in advance and refrigerated. Use any holiday pan.

1 can (12-1/2 ounces) tuna
1 can (6 ounces) tuna
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup ripe olives, finely chopped
1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon thyme

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and tuna. Add remaining ingredients. Put pimento stuffed green olives on top.
Serve on crackers.
