Ingredients

3 cups self-rising flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 can of beer (not light)
Melted butter

Instructions

Mix flour, sugar and beer gently. Place in loaf pan. Brush top with butter. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
