Black Bean Salsa

One cup of bottled Italian dressing may be substituted for the oil and dry Italian dressing seasoning mix.

2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
2 cans Mexican corn, drained
1 large red onion
2 packages dry Italian dressing seasoning mix
1 cup vegetable oil (olive oil may be used)
1/2 cup vinegar
3 tomatoes, diced
6 green onions, chopped
4 avocados, chopped
Tostitos Scoops, for dipping

Mix all ingredients. Serve with chips for dipping.
