Cheesy Potato Casserole

2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup margarine (melted) 1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cans cheddar cheese soup
1 (8 oz ) carton sour cream

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until blended. Spoon into baking dish and bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
