Chicken Casserole

1 can (15 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup skim milk
1 envelope French onion soup mix
1 small can mushrooms, undrained
1 package (10 ounces) vegetables thawed
1 cup rice
3 chicken breasts, cut into small chunks

Mix soup, milk, soup mix and mushrooms. Reserve 1/2 cup. Add vegetables and rice. Pour into 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with chicken. Spread reserved mixture over chicken. Cover tightly. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 1-1/2 hours. Sprinkle paprika on top. Serve.
