Low Fat Turkey Sausage

I use this to make pizza. Great on a low fat, low sodium diet.

8 ounces ground white turkey breast
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 teasponon ground sage
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Seasoned pepper to taste
3/4 cup water

Combine all ingredients well. Let stand at least 15 minutes or longer to blend flavorings. Spray a non-stick skillet with non-stick cooking spray. On medium heat, steam fry ingredients, turning and chopping until sausage is done and water has evaporated.
