Poppyseed Lemon Bread

Ingredients

1 package (3 ounces) instant lemon pudding
1 box lemon cake mix
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup oil
Scant 1/4 cup poppyseeds
1 cup boiling water

Instructions

Beat all ingredients 4 minutes on medium speed. Bake in a greased pan at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes or until done. Makes 2 loaves.
