Vegetable Cheese Soup (Easy)

Ingredients

1 bag (16-18 ounces) California vegetables, frozen
4 cups water
1 pound Velveeta cheese
1 can (about 15 ounces) cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

In a 2-quart sauce pan, boil the vegetables in the water until nearly done; add Velveeta cheese and soup. Stir until melted.
