Tuna Chow Mein

Ingredients

1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup onion
1/4 cup green pepper (optional)
1/4 cup butter
1 can (15 ounces) cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 can tuna
1 can chow mein noodles

Instructions

Cook celery, onion and green pepper in butter until transparent. Add soup and tuna. (If desired, pour boiling water over tuna and drain off to remove oil or use dietic tuna). Pour half of mixture in 11x9-inch pan. Top with half a can of chow mein noodles. Add the rest of the tuna and top with noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, until brown and bubbly.
