Stuffed Cabbage Roll

3/4 cup Minute Rice
3/4 cup hot water
3/4 cup salt
16 cabbage leaves (blanched)
1 pound hamburger
1/4 pound of pork sausage
1 small onion
3/4 teaspoon paprika
Butter
1 quart of tomatoes

Pour hot water over rice and add the salt and drain. Add hamburger, sausage, onion and paprika. Mix all together really well. Take a handful of mixture and roll in cabbage leaves with a tablespoon of butter in each roll. Put in roaster and cover all with tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Very good.
