Herbed Beer Bread

Ingredients

2 cups self-rising flour
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1-1/2 teaspoons dill weed
1 can beer, room temperature
Cream cheese

Instructions

Stir dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Add beer and stir only until mixed. Spoon into a greased 9x5x2-1/2-inch loaf pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 30-40 minutes. Slice thin when cool and spread with cream cheese.
