2 pounds of cod fish fillets
2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) shrimp soup
8 ounces small shrimp, cooked and peeled
1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
Use a 9x13-inch glass baking dish. Place the fillets in the dish and pour both cans of shrimp soup over fish. Pour the shrimp over the shrimp soup. Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
May be served as the a dish with salad and bread, or potatoes and rice.
