Chive and Onion Mashed Potatoes

2 pounds peeled potatoes, quartered (about 6 cups)
1/2 cup milk
1 tub (8 ounces) chive and onion cream cheese spread
1/4 cup ranch dressing

Place potatoes and enough water to cover in a 3-quart sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, cook 20-25 minutes or until tender. Drain. Mash potatoes, gradually stirring in milk, cream cheese spread and dressing until light and fluffy. Serve immediately. Makes 10 servings (1/2 cup each).
