Lasagna Pie

Ingredients

1/2 pound hamburger
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1 cup spaghetti sauce
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2/3 cup Bisquick
Salt and pepper
1 cup cottage cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Brown hamburger and onions. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce and Italian seasoning. Layer 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese in a pie pan. Add meat and sauce mixture and 1/2 cup of mozzarella. Beat eggs, milk, Bisquick, salt and pepper with electric mixer. Pour over meat sauce. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Let stand five minutes before cutting.
