1 stick margarine
2 eggs, well beaten
1 16 ounce can whole kernal corn, drained
1 can (16 ounces) creamed corn
1 cup sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt margarine. Add eggs, corn, and sour cream; mix well. Add muffin mix last. Pour in greased 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Bake 35 minutes or more.
