This is always a request from friends and neighbors to have on our cookie tray each Christmas. Easy and fun to make!

1 stick butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup chocolate chips
7 cups Rice Chex
2 cups powdered sugar
1 large brown paper grocery bag

Melt in large bowl in microwave 4 minutes on high:
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup chocolate chips
Stir in 7 cups Rice Chex
Pour 1 cup powdered sugar in large brown paper grocery bag.
Pour in chocolate covered Rice Chex mixture.
Cover with 1 cup powdered sugar.
Close paper grocery bag and Shake, Shake, Shake!
Store in air tight container in refrigerator.
