Salsa Dip

Better if made the night before or in the morning prior to serving. So Yummy!!!

2 medium sized tomatoes, diced
1 small purple onion, chopped
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
1-1/2 tablespoons lime juice or 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Mix the above ingredients together and serve with scoop corn chips.
