Pumpkin Desert

1 can (16 ounces) pumpkin
2-1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick
2 tablespoons margarine
2 eggs

Spray crockpot with non-stick spray. Beat ingredients together until smooth with a mixer. Pour into crockery.
Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.
Place in a plastic container and store in the refrigerator. When ready to serve, spoon into cups and top with cool whip.
