Pinto Bean Pie

I have made for years. My family loves it.

Ingredients

1 cup cooked beans, juice and all
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
4 eggs
3 cups sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 sticks melted margarine
2-10-inch pie crusts

Instructions

Mash beans well in their liquid. Beat eggs, then mix all ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour. Freezes well.
