Butterscotch Cream Cheese Bars

Ingredients

10 ounces butterscotch chips
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
8 ounces cream cheese
1 can (14 ounces) Eagle brand milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

Melt chips and margarine in medium saucepan. Stir in graham cracker crumbs. Mix. Press into a buttered glass 9x13-inch pan. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Beat cream cheese. Add milk, vanilla and egg. Blend with mixer. Fold in nuts. Pour on top of graham cracker crumb mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes. Chill.
