1 chicken, boiled and boned, reserve 6 cups broth
4 cups corn bread crumbs (best if made a day ahead)
3 to 4 biscuits, crumbled
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon sage
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
2 raw eggs

Soak cornbread in 3 cups broth for 5 minutes. Add chicken, biscuits, pepper, sage, chopped eggs, celery, remaining 3 cups of chicken broth and raw eggs. Place into a greased 3 quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
