Pork Chop Potato Casserole

4 medium potatoes, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1/2 green pepper
salt and pepper
4 lean pork chops
1 can (12 ounces) cream of celery soup

Slice potatoes, onion and green pepper into buttered casserole dish. Salt and pepper to taste.
Brown pork chops quickly on both sides using very little oil. Place them on top of potato mixture. Spread soup over pork chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 20-30 more minutes or until done.
