6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1-1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
Powdered sugar, for rolling
Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler and add milk; stir. Remove from heat and stir in crumbs and nuts until combined. Drop on waxed paper lined baking sheet in small spoonfuls. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. After cooled and firm enough to handle, roll in powdered sugar.
