1 pound ground beef
1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
1 tablespoon dried onion
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 can (of 12) refrigerator biscuits
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Brown beef, drain well. Return to skillet. Stir in tomato paste, dried onion and seasonings. Cook 5 minutes to heat through. Place biscuits in greased muffin pan. press to cover bottom and sides. Spoon 1/3 cup meat mixture into each biscuit and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown.
