Maple Glazed Ribs

3 pounds pork spareribs
1 cup maple syrup
3 tablepsoons orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 garlic clove, minced
2 green onions, minced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Place ribs in roasting pan, cover and bake 350 degrees for 1-1/4 hours; drain fat. Mix next 8 ingredients together in saucepan, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer 15 minutes. Pour sauce over ribs and bake uncovered 35 minutes longer. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Note: can use country ribs. Makes 6 servings.
