Shredded Pork Tacos

Ingredients

2/3 cup chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups shredded or finely chopped roast pork
2 tablespoons diced jalapeno pepper
8 flour tortillas, warmed
Shredded lettuce
Diced tomato
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Salsa

Instructions

cook onion and garlic in a nonstick skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes until soft and translucent. Add cooked pork; toss lightly until thoroughly heated. Stirin jalapeno. In each tortilla, roll up 1/4 cup shredded pork and add lettuce, tomato and 1 tablespoon cheddar cheese. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
