Coconut Pie

2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup flour
6 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup coconut

Combine in a blender milk, sugar, eggs, flour, butter, vanilla and salt. Blend for 10 seconds, scrape sides, blend for 10 more seconds. Add coconut and blend until mixed. Pour into greased 10-inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Serve warm with whipped cream.
