Scalloped Pineapple

The different temperatures are useful when baking with other dishes for a large meal.

Ingredients

2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1/4 pound (1 stick) butter
1/2 cup milk
2 cans (20 ounces each) pineapple chunks, drained
10 slices fresh bread, cubed with no crusts

Instructions

Cream sugar, eggs, butter. Add milk and pineapple. Add bread and mix well with spoon. Turn into a 9x11-inch Pyrex dish and bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until light brown.
