Easy Peach Cobbler

6 cups sliced fresh peaches
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
Topping:
1 cup pancake mix
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup butter, melted

Mix fresh peaches and brown sugar and spread evenly in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Combine pancake mix, sugar and cinnamon. Stir in egg until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over peach base. Drizzle with the melted butter. Bake in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serve with ice cream or top with Cool Whip. Makes 8 servings.
