Zucchini Pie

4 cups zucchini
1/2 teaspoon cream of tarter
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1-1/4 cups sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon margarine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
Topping:
1 stick margarine, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup flour

Peel and cut zucchini lengthwise. Remove seeds. Slice to resemble apples. Cook 10 minutes in small amount of water. Drain real good. Put in pie crust. Sprinkle lemon juice over. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over zucchini. Dot with margarine. Mix topping and crumble over pie. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Resembles Dutch apple pie.
