Salmon with Capers

1 package (4 ounces) smoked salmon
1 jar (3-3/4 ounces) capers
1 box of Ritz crackers
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened


Spread softened cream cheese on Ritz crackers. Tear bits of the smoked salmon apart. Place some of the salmon on top of the cream cheese on each cracker, then place 4 capers on each cracker surrounding the smoked salmon. Serve immediately. This is good with a white wine, beer or any soft drink.
