Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

12 medium new potatoes
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 stick melted butter
Salt and pepper

Instructions

Wash and slice potatoes but do not peel. Cook in boiling water until done, then drain. In an ovenproof dish put layer of potatoes, then cheese, bacon and butter. Repeat layers. Season to taste. Bake in 350 degree oven until hot (about 20 minutes). Makes 8 servings.
